We are having a quiet New Year’s Eve at home.  Sean went with friends to Iowa City and Ryan went with friends to our church camp in Okoboji.  We are getting the house ready for friends to watch the Hawkeyes in the Outback Bowl on Monday.  Superman and I even took the big Christmas tree down tonight.  It came down much faster than it went up!

Blessings,

Beth 🙂

What do you get when you put fabric, an iron and metallic embossing powders together?  A uniquely you journal cover that sparkles with personality!  This Uniquely You Journal Cover and Journaling Cards Set includes a one-of-a-kind fabric journal cover and two sets of coordinating journaling cards. In this tutorial you will learn how to use your embossing powders in a creative way to design your own unique decorative fabric.  We will then learn how to turn the fabric into a journal or book cover.

Our family had a great time celebrating Christmas in Kansas City at my sister’s home.  We did a “white elephant” type of exchange and my nephew’s wife got my gift of two Paper Pumpkin Valentine kits.  One was little treat packets to give to her students (she’s a fifth grade teacher) and one was Valentine banner to decorate her classroom.  We all helped her get everything made so she’s totally ready for Valentine’s Day six weeks early!  For $20 per month you can have a fun kit arrive at your door.  If you get a multi month subscription the price gets as low as $18 per month.  Sign up at paperpumpkin.com and make sure you choose me, Beth McCullough, as your demonstrator.
Blessings,
Beth 🙂
