I used the flower from the Dandy Wishes dies to make a 70’s Flower Power Retro card. I wanted to show how versatile these dies are. You can use them for many things.

To A Wild Rose

My favorite colors are in the Stampin’ Up Brights collection so when I saw this Global Design Project Subtles challenge, I knew it would truly be a challenge for me! For #GCP205 we needed to use So Saffron, Rococo Rose and Mint Macaron. I heat embossed the flowers and leaves with White Embossing powder. Using a Sponge Dauber, I applied the colors making two tone flowers to make this clean and simple card.

Sprig Punch Wedding Card

We had an extra fun wedding last week, because I’ve been friends with both the mother of the groom and mother of the bride for years. The groom’s Mom wanted me to make a card for her to give with Galatians 5:22-23 and pears-as in perfect pair.

The wedding invitation had greenery in a wreath, so I used the new Sprig Punch and made a wreath in similar colors. If you don’t own this punch yet, you should consider getting it.

I used the Gold Foil-Edged Card and Envelope and lots of gold on the card because I found out at the bridal shower that the bride loves the color gold.
