What’s more fun than making a personalized birthday card with your daughter-in-law to be? Amy and I got three cards made last weekend and this one was my favorite! Steve and I enjoyed our time with Sean and Amy very much.

Amy got to experience six inches of snow on Saturday and she was thrilled. They don’t get a lot of snow in Texas.

We used the Playful Alphabet dies to personalize the card. The Designer Series Paper (DSP) is the free Host paper from the Annual catalog. The stitched stars are made with the Give it A Whirl dies. The cute penguin and balloon are from the Penguin Place bundle. Stitched So Sweetly dies were used to make the Basic White piece behind the penguin.

Amy loves penguins and Sean is taking her to Sea World for her birthday next month to do the behind the scenes Penguin Encounter. I can’t wait to hear all about it.

It’s time for another Festive Friday Challenge!  This week’s challenge #FF0100 is celebrating our 100th Challenge! Festive Friday was started by Nicole Watt, Ann Schach and I in 2018. It’s so exciting to get to #100!

The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project. Incorporate THREE or more of the items in your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge  I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D item and join us. If you want help entering, please email me at Beth@StampingMom.com and I’d be happy to help you! From the Inspo List I used numbers, patterned papers and punches. Your entry doesn’t have to have anything to do with our 100th Challenge. It would be awesome if our 100th challenge becomes your first challenge! Please join our celebration even if you’ve never participated in a challenge before.

I’m doing an online stamp camp with 11 of my Stampin Up demo friends from around the world. We are all part of the Creativity Abounds Design Team. The Stamp Camp will be on Jan 28 and 29th.  Everything is recorded so it’s OK if you can’t make it that weekend. If you purchase the Artfully Composed Suite Collection from me for $90 (on pages 32-34 of the new Spring Mini Catalog), you’ll get everything for the stamp camp free.  You’ll need the entire Suite Collection to make all the projects.  If you’ve already purchased that collection, you can spend $90 in my online store on anything else, and still get the Stamp Camp free of charge.  You’ll receive a card kit to make 12 projects with written and video directions.  You’ll also get a weekend of fun and 12 more live videos with 12 different projects for a total of 24 ideas all using the Artfully Composed Suite. There will be fun folds, boxes, techniques and more.  You won’t want to miss it!
Click here to order from my online store using my Host Code XP79V4GK so you’ll get the stamp camp free of charge.   The ribbon isn’t available right now, so order all the items on page 33 except the ribbon and you’ll still get the stamp camp. If you up your order to $100 you’ll get two free Sale-A-Bration items too!

What a wonderful thing to be able to do – share your passion with your soon to be daughter in law and what a fabulous card you made. I just love the little balloon with that adorable penguin. The touch of yellow for the stars is a fabulous finishing touch

An adorable card, Beth! Brady’s girlfriend loves to stamp. This next fall when we rent a home for a couple of months, I am making sure to bring lots of “stamping stuff”. Brady misses stamping, too! Have a wonderful week!

Your card is adorable. It’s my dream to have daughters in law who love to craft (and bake and watch movies) with me!

So cute. That experience with the penguins sounds fantastic. Does Amy make cards regularly or you started to influence her? Anyway, great and fun card! Now, can we get her to take the snow with her or follow her. I am so over it already!

Love the card! And what a nice hobby to share! Being a mother in law is kinda like being a grammy. All the fun and none of the responsibility!
Are they making daughters in law younger now or am I getting older? Amy looks like a sweetie!
