Doesn’t every kid dream of waking up on Christmas morning to find a sweet pet under their Christmas tree? The kids are probably hoping for a kitty or a puppy. The parents are hoping a goldfish will suffice. My Christmas card is showing all the possibilities. I think we can all agree that no one is dreaming of a mouse under their tree. 🙂

The background paper is Peaceful Place. The tree is from Whimsical Trees. The animals were all fussy cut from the Sweet Stockings Designer Series Paper (DSP).

It’s time for another Festive Friday Challenge!  This week’s challenge #FF0095 is National Cat Day World Day which is October 27th.

The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project. Incorporate THREE or more of the items in your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge  I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D item and join us. If you want help entering, please email me at Beth@StampingMom.com and I’d be happy to help you! From the Inspo List I used cat, fish and mouse.  Your entry doesn’t have to have anything to do with National Cat Day.

Beth… how true is that… kids want a playful kitten and parents want a goldfish! I love that you incorporated both of these things into your fun Christmas card. I would never have been creative enough to do that and I love that your kitty tail is on the other side of the box. genius! Such a totally fun and adorable card

This is adorable Beth! My children would be thrilled to see this tree on Christmas morning – first choice would be a puppy for sure, but I think they would settle for a kitten, fish or even a mouse if they looked as sweet as these!

Aaaawe! The mouse is so very cute! When I was in 3rd grade, my friend had mice for pets. I wanted one so badly and had her come over to show my parents. I wasn’t expecting the horror on my parents face when they took a peek at what I wanted for a pet. Ended up with gerbils, which are basically the same type of an animal. But they’re so cuuute! I love your card Beth, especially the little cat in the box!
