Marcelyn Monday

Marcelyn Churchill is my friend, Stamping Joy team member, fellow BSFer (Bible Study Fellowship) and prolific crafter.  She doesn’t have a blog, so I share some of her creations on most Mondays. Marcelyn will be celebrating her 80th birthday on May 1. If you would like to send her a card, her address is- Marcelyn Churchill 1800 36th St. #220 West Des Moines, IA 50266. If you are going to the Minneapolis OnStage event in April, Marcelyn will be there! This is her first ever official Stampin’ Up event. You could bring her a birthday card or give her a birthday hug at the event. Let me know if you want to make sure and meet her and we’ll set up a time. My email is Beth@StampingMom.com

Stampin Up His Grace Easter cards made by Marcelyn Churchill.

Marcelyn dropped by the other day to bring me a few of the cards she’s made lately. She said, “I only brought 28 of them.” Of course I was thinking what happened to the other 117 you left behind? When I say Marcelyn is a prolific card maker, I’m not kidding! 🙂

His Grace is a beautiful stamp set on page 30 of the 2019 Occasions Catalog. Marcelyn used that stamp set to make these awesome cards.

The inside of these cards is gorgeous as well!

Marcelyn colored these cards with Stampin’ Blends. They are so pretty. I know you’re all going to want to directions to make these cards, so please contact Marcelyn directly at marcelynchurchill@msn.com

Did you hear I’m doing a Facebook Live on Wednesday, April 3 at noon Central time showing how to make the Peekaboo Bunny Box? Hope you can join me. I’d love it if you would “talk to me” by commenting during the Live, so I can interact with you. 🙂 If you can’t make it at noon, I’ll post the video to my Stamping Mom Facebook page and my YouTube channel later on Wednesday.

It was fun having my sister, Janet, and her husband, Mark, here this weekend. We made them our specialty favorite foods- Ziti and Guacamole.

Steve did a top secret bunny mission today. For as much as I enjoy making bunny boxes, I don’t enjoy bunnies in my backyard eating the bounty from my gardens. Last year there was an entire nest of baby bunnies in my herb garden. Steve’s mission today was to find and block all the ways a bunny or bunnies, as the case may be, could enter our backyard. As the summer progresses I’ll let you know if today’s mission was a success. Either way Steve earned several spousal credits just for the valiant effort!

Blessings,

Beth 🙂

You are so right. Bunnies are cute but not in your garden!.
You’re not growing your herbs for them. Good luck. Do you have problems with the squinties?
