I started with the Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper (DSP). This may be the most beautiful sparkly paper ever sold at Stampin’ Up! I added some Genial Gems and Gold Foil paper. The Sea Horse is the star of the show and is covered in Wink of Stella Clear Glitter. It shows up really well in real life. I made this card for my dear friend and team mate, Angie, who loves everything ocean! This card is inspired and cased from another sweet friend and team mate, Georgia Burhite.
