Customers who order from me during February are getting one of these beautiful Art in Bloom cards. My card was cased from Ann Alexander. Ann’s card is shown below. I liked hers so much, I just had to make some!

I made my card in landscape, used Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather. I used Stampin’ Blends to color on the back of the Vellum card stock flowers. Pastel Pearls and Basic Pearls are the finishing touch on my card. Each card I’ve made turns out a little different.

Would you like to watch a live video on Tuesday February 8th, showing how to make this card? My husband, Steve, and I do a live video every Tuesday at 7pm Central. You can subscribe to my YouTube channel here and watch it live or go back and watch the replay.

Please join me and spend some time hopping from one Blog to another.

Tuesday April 19th is deadline to sign up for our next Stamp Camp that will be on April 29 and 30th. When you sign up, you’ll receive a card kit to make 12 projects with written and video directions.  You’ll also get a weekend of fun and 12 more live videos with 12 different projects for a total of 24 projects all using the Symbols of Fortune Suite. There will be fun folds, boxes, techniques and more.  Everything is recorded so if you can’t make it that weekend, you can watch the videos on a different day. Demos and customers alike love our quarterly Creativity Abounds Stamp Camps. Here’s what some of the participants had to say:

Linda D said, “I thoroughly enjoyed my first Creativity Abounds Stamp Camp! I loved the global perspective of demonstrators around the world, the projects in both the make and takes and those demonstrated in the lives. The schedule of having a live video every 2 hours and the tips every demonstrator shared while stamping. Although the Symbols of Fortune Suite was not on my radar, I will be ordering because the event was so awesome and I am sure the projects will be amazing!

Linda L said, “I love that I can catch the live videos, but also can go back even months later and watch any of them, especially the ones I missed. There is no pressure to be at the computer on time or it’s gone. I really enjoy making all the projects and all the tips from demos from all over the world. It’s fun to grab a friend and do the stamp camp together. If you already own the suite collection, you can order a similar amount and still get the card kit and stamp camp free.”

Here’s how to sign up for the Stamp Camp-If you purchase the Symbols of Fortune Suite Collection from me for $82.75 (on pages 22-24 of the Spring Mini Catalog), you’ll get everything for the Stamp Camp for FREE!  You’ll need the entire Suite Collection to make all the projects.  If you’ve already purchased that collection or would rather have a different bundle, you can spend $82.75 in my online store on anything you want, and still get the Stamp Camp free of charge.  You will need to get the ribbon, Polished Dots, Mother of Pearl Specialty Paper and Symbols of Fortune DSP to make the projects.

Click here to order from my online store using my Host Code ZGZAV2MZ so you can get the Stamp Camp free of charge.

Happy New Year!

Stampin Up Happy New Year's card designed by demo Beth McCullough. Shop 24/7 and see more card and 3-D gift ideas at https://stampingMom.com/happy-new-year-2-2 #stampingmom #cute&simple4u

It seems like the new year is a long time away, but really it’s only three weeks! My “To do” list is longer than three weeks worth, so I better get to it.

We celebrate Christmas with Steve’s family on a day other than Christmas, so everyone can spend time with their own families. This year we decided to get together on New Year’s Day to celebrate extended family Christmas, which works well for our son and fiancée who will be visiting from Austin, Texas. So I guess for me, this is like a Christmas card this year. 🙂

This is a lever fun fold card. Here’s a Live video showing how to make it. In the video I turn it in the other direction and make a fun snowman card. All the measurements are clearly given.

It’s time for another Festive Friday Challenge!  This week’s challenge #FF0099 is New Year’s Day which is always on January 1st of course. 🙂

The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project. Incorporate THREE or more of the items in your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge  I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D item and join us. If you want help entering, please email me at Beth@StampingMom.com and I’d be happy to help you! From the Inspo List I used emboss, stars, rhinestones, black, silver, diecuts. Your entry doesn’t have to have anything to do with New Year’s Day.

For more inspiration, be sure to visit the rest of the  Festive Friday Challenge Design team.

Whimsy & Wonder Thank You

Stampin Up Whimsy & Wonder thank you card designed by demo Beth McCullough. Shop 24/7 and see more card and 3-D gift ideas at https://stampingmom.com/whimsy-wonder-thank-you #stampingmom #cute&simple4u

Many people want to send thank you cards after Christmas and I have a special one for you today!

I’m participating in Kylie’s monthly International Blog Highlights contest and the top 10 vote winners get to participate in an International Blog Hop. Would you consider taking a moment and voting for my card? I’d really appreciate it!

How to do Voting?
Once you click on the button below or click here and you can see the photos. Please look for my card (#6) and click on the little heart sign on the right-hand top side of my photo. Once you’ve touched the little clear heart it will turn to Red Color and that is the notification that you voted. You can vote for up to five, but it’s not required, you can also just vote for one. Thanks so much, I truly appreciate it!

You can see all the supplies I used and order from my online store at the bottom of this post. The trees are cut from the Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series Paper (DSP) using the Christmas Trees dies. The garland, ornaments and small stars are also cut from the Christmas Trees dies (part of the Whimsical Tree Bundle.) The larger Polished Pink stitched stars are cut from the Give it a Whirl dies. The background is the Soft Succulent Shimmer Vellum, super pretty in real life and not nearly as dark as it looks in the picture. I love making frames for cards using the first and third largest Stitched Rectangles. I have made many Whimsy & Wonder projects already and I truly love this Suite!

Do you like cucumbers? Me neither. Well…at least not until I started growing them in my garden. One of my favorite things to do each morning is to go out to my gardens and see what I can pick that day. Today I picked raspberries, cucumbers, lettuce and cherry tomatoes. I use a Norwex Fruit and Veggie cloth to wash the cucumbers and get the little prickly parts off. Then I use a Pampered Chef Crinkle Cutter to cut the cucumber that I’m going to eat that day. I store it in water in the refrigerator. The crinkle cutter gives it a nice texture and let me tell you, I love my home grown cucumbers and I bet you would too!

I planted only two cucumber plants earlier this summer and have harvested dozens of cucumbers. Every yellow flower on the plant turns into a cucumber.

Here’s the health benefits of eating cucumbers. I’m motivated to live healthfully for the rest of my life and eating cucumbers is one little step in the right direction.

Now, is there anyone who can convince me to start eating seafood?

Blessings,

Beth
