Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!
This month, our blog hop theme is Sale-A-Bration! We hope you will be inspired by all the beautiful creations the Pals made for you! As you hop from blog to blog, we would love for you to leave a comment. You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
My first card features the Adorable Owls Stamp set and the Day at the Farm Designer Series Paper (DSP). Each of these products are free with a $50 order during Sale-A-Bration.
Here’s the inside of the card. The owl is sitting on the tree stump cut from the Playing in the Rain dies. The sequins are the Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins on page 9 in the Spring Mini Catalog.
Measurements
Garden Green Card Base 4-1/4” x 11” scored at 5-1/2”
Day at the Farm DSP (2) 4” x 5-1/4”
Basic White- 4” x 5-1/4” on back of card for writing
Video
Here’s a video showing the details of how to make these cards. You can purchase from my online store and see all the products I used to make these cards at the bottom of this post.
I made this card with the bottom half of the same sheet of DSP. I like making this fun fold when we have “scene” DSP.
So my idea was to have little chicks following the hen, but after I cut them out, I realized they may be ducks. Have you heard of the Dr. Seuss book, “Are you my Mother?” I think the hen has adopted the baby ducks. 🙂 “Oh Happy Day” sentiment is from the Playing in the Rain bundle.
Measurements
Garden Green card base 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” scored at 1-1/4”, 4-1/4”
DSP 2-1/4” x 5-1/4″, 1-5/8” x 5-1/4″, 2-1/4” x 5-1/4″
Basic White 1-5/8” x 5-1/4″
Striped DSP on front of card 1-3/4” x 5-1/4”
More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. The Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Then, please mark your calendars for our next blog hop on February 8th, when we will be creating projects for Random Acts of Kindness Week.
Until then, have fun in your craft space.

Click on the picture below to purchase the suite from me and get the stamp camp, card kit, tutorials and videos free.
I entered this card in a contest. If you like it, would you please vote for me here? My card is #8 and you just click on the heart in the upper right hand corner. When it turns red, you’ve voted. You can vote for 4 other cards, but you don’t have to. Thanks so much! 🙂
