Some of you have asked about Marcelyn Monday. Marcelyn is staying home in her Senior Living Apartment and while probably a bit lonely, she is letting her light shine by making and sending tons of cards, doing her Bible study and reaching out to her friends and family. Recently, I spent some time talking to Marcelyn (from my car and 6 feet away) as I was dropping off more stamping supplies for her. She is in good spirits and doing well! We also chat on the phone often and Zoom weekly with our Stamping Joy Team.

My team of Joy Stampers has grown and my Stamping Mom business has gotten busier. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to photograph, edit and blog about all the cards Marcelyn makes, that would be a full time job trying to keep up with her. She is the most prolific card maker I know! 🙂 I’m going to encourage her to set up her own business Facebook page so you can see everything she’s making. Marcelyn does sell her cards as well, if you’re interested. 🙂

Going forward, I want to share my blog with all my team members, so you’ll see some cards from Marcelyn and get to know more of my other team members as well. 🙂

The idea for putting the Fable Friends bunny as the “A” and using the retired Stampin’ Up Large Letters was cased from somewhere, we don’t remember where, but Marcelyn put her own spin on it with the colors and ribbons etc. The cards are darling!

My church is offering an online session of Alpha that starts Tuesday, April 21 at 7pm Central time. Steve and I are hosting a group and I wanted to share the info with you in case anyone is interested in participating. Alpha is an opportunity to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, non-threatening manner. Alpha is enjoyed as much by those who have never set foot in a church, as it is by the regular church-goer. Because we are doing this online, everyone in the world can participate in Hope’s Alpha course. Here’s the link to sign up. Tuesday Evenings (Online)
April 21 – June 16
7:00-8:30 pm Central time

I’ve been in Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) since 2002 and been a Group Discussion Leader starting in 2008. For the first time ever, BSF is offering a free two week study of the Book of James, open to anyone in the world. Here’s a link to get the notes, discussion questions and Podcast lectures. If you would like to do a Zoom call discussion group with me on Friday, April 24th and Friday, May 1 both at 6pm Central time, please email me at Beth@StampingMom.com

Blessings,

Beth
