Crafting Forever-Gifts for OnStage

I found these Post-it holders a few years ago, and knew that someday this would be a perfect crafting gift. Recently I needed five OnStage gifts for my team members, and would you believe I had bought five of these?! I regret not buying a few more because Jean and I would’ve liked to have one too. Jean wasn’t going, but she helped me make the gifts. With silver emboss powder we heat embossed the scissors and the saying, “Do something creative every day.” I think this is an awesome saying, because along with prayer and exercise, doing something creative every day really is good for your health and well being. 🙂

We used my favorite 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper with dots. The scissors were colored with the Stampin’ Blends in matching colors. The frame was tight, so we added the Glitter Enamel Dots to the outside. I think everyone liked their gifts. 🙂

Tonight Steve and I attended a Prayer Breakfast Reception at Terrace Hill for those participating in the Iowa Prayer Breakfast tomorrow. Terrace Hill is the Governor’s Mansion.

I’m not sure if I’ve ever been inside before. It is stunningly beautiful. They served water infused with fruit, my favorite kind, and food. I’m not sure what kind of food because Steve and I were so busy talking to people we ran out of time to eat. It’s funny because I would not choose to go to things like this, but once I get there, I always find interesting people to talk with.

The retiring list has been a bit confusing.

It looks like every single stamp set from the 2018-19 Annual Catalog is being retired and that isn’t the case, the carryover sets are being transitioned to Cling Mount.

The stamp sets offered in clear-mount or wood-mount in the 2018–2019 annual catalog that are carrying over into the 2019–2020 annual catalog will be offered in clear-mount and/or wood-mount until existing inventory has been depleted or until June 4, 2019 (whichever comes first).

If the inventory is depleted, you will be notified of the automatic switch to cling when placing an order for that stamp set. This means that you may end up purchasing select cling stamp sets (in carryover artwork) before they can be ordered from the catalog!  All carryover rubber stamp sets will be available in cling medium only (with the exception of background stamps in North America) beginning June 4, 2019.

Here is the list of stamp sets that WILL be in the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog.  The stamp sets on this list will not be retiring, they will simply be transitioned to Cling Mount moving forward:
