Cheerful Basket Fun Fold Card

Cheerful Basket is the perfect bundle for making cards for your crafty friends!

I colored in all the craft supplies with Stampin’ Blends. Always make sure to protect your work surface because they do blend through. I didn’t like that you could see the back when you opened the card so I used the “craft supply ” die and cut out a second one in Granny Apple Green.

It’s time for another Festive Friday Card Making and Paper Crafting Challenge!  It’s fun being a designer for Festive Friday and this week’s challenge #FF0123 is National Letter Writing Day which is on December 7th.

The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project. Incorporate THREE or more of the items in your project and link up! It doesn’t have to have anything to do with National Letter Writing Day. #festivefridaychallenge  I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D item and join us. If you want help entering, please email me at Beth@StampingMom.com and I’d be happy to help you! From the Inspo List I used pen, hello sentiment, and embossing folder.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends in the USA! I hope you enjoyed time with family and friends! We had 18 over for dinner. My dear friend, Ramona, helped me make the beautiful centerpiece for the table. In fact she made several floral arrangements for the wedding Open House we are having this weekend for Ryan and Bree. Do you see the little John Deere tractor and wagon? It’s salt and pepper shakers from Bree’s Grandma. They knew my Dad is a retired John Deere engineer so they gave them to me. My Dad was tickled about that. He was also pleased that I made him a pecan pie. Amy’s Mom has a secret ingredient that I added, so the pie was extra good this year! 🙂

All of the young adults in their 20’s and 30’s used to sit at the “kid table” No one wants to sit at the kid table now so I lined up three tables in a row to get all 18 of us around one big table. Do you have a kid table at your holiday dinners? I’d love it if you would leave me a comment and tell me about it. 🙂 When I was trying to take a picture of the extra tables, Steve jumped in the picture.

My sister and nieces had a fun wedding game for Ryan and Bree who are getting married this weekend. Bree won the game! 🙂

We had so much fun playing several games of Code Names. I wish I would’ve gotten pictures of everyone playing. The teams were always girls against guys and the girls were the overall winners.

Your little craft basket is just delightful Beth – I use a repurposed Mickey Mouse kitchen sink to house my bits and bobs on my craft desk and it always makes me smile! Love the thanksgiving table too – beautiful centrepiece!

Beth, I love the basket of goodies. I love to keep my writing implements all contained and your basket reminded me of that. So glad you had such a wonderful Thanksgiving. Your table looked gorgeous.
