My husband, Steve, wanted an “Elvis Blue Christmas” version of the card, so here it is made with Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper.
Which one is your favorite? Blushing Bride, Balmy Blue “Elvis” or Highland Heather?

The Brightly Gleaming Paper is a returning favorite from last year. It is gorgeous paper with Copper accents.
After I made the Brightly Gleaming Christmas Tree card above, I wanted to figure out a way to use the more expensive Copper Foil efficiently, so I designed the Ornament “companion card” using the “scraps.”
I cut the Copper Foil at 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″. I used the largest, 2nd largest and 5th largest Stitched Rectangles and cut them all out at once. The center piece and the outer thin frame are used on the ornament card. The smaller wider frame is used on the Christmas tree card. Two beautiful cards with almost no waste. My thrifty grandma would be so proud of me!
The Designer Series Paper (DSP) Sale lasts until October 31. Stock up before it’s gone!
