Winnie the Pooh Fun Fold 75th Birthday Card

Who says Winnie the Pooh is just for kids? 💛

I needed a special card for my sweet aunt’s 75th birthday, and I thought Pooh was perfect! There’s something so sweet and timeless about Winnie the Pooh, and I especially love him paired with these warm, neutral colors.

Winnie the Pooh 75th birthday fun fold card featuring Pooh floating with a balloon, made with Silly Old Bear designer series paper.

A Special 75th Birthday

For the front, I used the adorable image of Pooh floating along with his balloon. I love how such a simple image can bring back so many happy memories.

The large 75 makes it clear that we’re celebrating a milestone birthday, while the neutral colors keep the card feeling classic and grown-up.

Who in your life has a milestone birthday coming up? I hope this inspires you to make them something special. A handmade card is such a simple way to remind someone that they’re loved and worth celebrating. ❤️

I put a Very Vanilla piece on the back for writing a note.

Winnie the Pooh 75th birthday fun fold card featuring Pooh floating with a balloon, made with Silly Old Bear designer series paper.

This card folds up nicely and fits in a standard size envelope. Do you notice I was careful not to cover up Pooh making his way up the tree?

Shout out to Jeanie Stark for inspiring this card with a similar card she made recently. You can see hers here.

Welcome to another Festive Friday Challenge!

This challenge is inspired by National Zoo Awareness Day which is on August 31st. The Inspiration List includes 10 different elements to choose from. Simply incorporate at least three of them into your project and link it up. The best part? Your project doesn’t have to be about National Zoo Awareness Day at all! #FestiveFridayChallenge

I’d love for you to join us! Create a card, scrapbook page, or 3-D project and share it with the challenge. If you’ve never entered a card challenge before, this is the perfect time to start. It’s fun, free, and a wonderful way to spark your creativity!

If you need help entering, just email me at Beth@StampingMom.com. I’d be happy to help you.

For my card, I chose Neutral Colors, Stripes, Fancy Fold Card and Texture from the Inspiration List. Which three items would you choose?

Please see all the beautiful cards made by the rest of the Design Team below.

SU Fun Fold Blog Hop

Welcome to the Fun Folds Blog Hop with Stampin’ Up demos!

Stampin' Up! Silly Old Bear Suite fun fold cards designed by demo Beth McCullough. See more card ideas at https://stampingmom.com/su-fun-fold-blog-hop-4/

When I hear the words, “With a Little Help from My Friends,” I can’t help but smile. Whether it’s the Beatles’ famous song or the sweet friendship between Winnie the Pooh and Piglet, the message is the same—we were never meant to do life alone.

I’ve been thinking about that as I created these cards. So many of my favorite memories involve friends who encouraged me, laughed with me, prayed for me, or simply showed up when I needed them most. Sometimes all it takes is a little help—or a little encouragement—from a friend to brighten our day.

That’s exactly what I thought about while creating today’s cards with the Silly Old Bear Suite. Pooh and Piglet remind us that friendship doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give is simply letting someone know they’re loved and remembered.

Last week’s video featured the card on the left. Rather than letting the extra arch pieces go to waste, I used them to create this week’s card on the right. I hope it inspires you to look at your leftover pieces with fresh eyes—you might be surprised at what you can create! Here’s the inside of this simple card shown below.

❤️ This Week’s Encouragement

Who has been a Piglet or Pooh in your life?

Maybe someone encouraged you during a difficult season, made you laugh when you needed it most, or simply stood beside you.

Why not send that person a handmade card this week? It doesn’t have to be elaborate. A few heartfelt words can remind them how much their friendship means to you.

Create. Connect. Encourage.—One card at a time.
