Stampin Up’s Marcelyn Monday

Marcelyn Churchill is my friend, stamping team member, fellow BSFer (Bible Study Fellowship) and prolific crafter. She doesn’t have a blog, so I share some of her creations on most Mondays.

I think it’s important to drink a lot of water and the best way I’ve found to get myself to drink more water, is put Lemon Essential Oil in it. It tastes delicious!

I’m a huge fan of Young Living Essential Oils and sometimes give bottles of oil as gifts, so I asked Marcelyn to design two boxes, one for the 5ml oil and another for the 15ml. If you know anyone who loves Young Living Oils, please tell them Marcelyn is willing to do custom orders for her oil boxes.

I’ve probably showed you this before, but Marcelyn made this for my Stamping Studio. It’s my favorite frame and picture she’s made, and I will always have it proudly displayed. I love it Marcelyn, thank you!

Festive Friday- 3 Hershey’s Miniatures Box

It’s time for the second Festive Friday Challenge! This week’s challenge is Employee Appreciation Day or Ribbon. I used both on my Design Team Entry. For Employee Appreciation Day, you can make a thank you card or gift. You can also make any type of project that includes ribbon.

I usually put more decoration on my boxes, but this Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) is so stunning I couldn’t bear to cover it up.

Are you wondering where I got the Powder Pink Ribbon to match the box? Yep, you can make any color ribbon using Stampin Up! Markers or Blends and coloring the ribbon. It’s quick and easy and dries almost immediately. Use any of the White or Very Vanilla ribbon options that Stampin’ Up! offers.

I experimented with how to decorate the candy inside, but again went with just the Sweet Soiree DSP wrapped around the Hershey’s Miniatures. I love this paper!

These Valentine Lots to Love Boxes are adorable! These are great for giving candy, jewelry, or notecards.

The “Just For You” card at the bottom of the picture above is made with the Whisper White Narrow Note Cards & Envelopes. These cards and envelopes fit inside the Lot to Love box that Marcelyn made. I know you don’t have time to order this for Valentine’s Day this year, but the Sure Do Love You stamp set and Lots to Love Framelits are a bundle you’ll want to use for years to come!

Marcelyn used the new Petal Palette stamp to make this sweet card. Petal Palette is one of the most popular sets in the new catalog.

Who wouldn’t love to receive a card made with the Petal Passion Suite? Here’s a video showing you the entire Petal Passion Suite.

Cards for men are sometimes hard to make, but Marcelyn nails this one with the True Gentleman Designer Series Paper (DSP).
