Here’s one of our Samplers made by Stamping Joy Club. Everyone makes nine 3″ x 3″ square and we swap them and then have a Zoom party to put them together. And now, here is some of what’s happening in my world:
We have been blessed to have our 4 month old grandson at our home for two days a week while our son and daughter-in-law work from home and juggle baby duties. Each day has included stroller rides, book reading, playing and more. I’ve also been teaching James about my gardens. He gets to smell the oil from the cilantro, basil, thyme, lavender, parsley, and sage. James also helps me pick peas, tomatoes, herbs and cucumbers. If you need any cucumbers, let me know!
Here’s the replacement gardens Steve installed the end of April.
At this end of the garden there is basil, cucumbers, bok choy, and peas. I should’ve stood in the picture so you could see the tunnel sides are actually taller than me. Can you imagine me getting a ladder to pick peas and tomatoes?! The grass has also grown back that was underneath the old gardens. James won’t be running through his tunnel this summer, but just wait for Summer 2025!
