I love the Well Suited Suite and these Father’s Day cards have more going on than meets the eye. The dress shirt actually slides out of the suit jacket.
Isn’t that fun! The tails of the shirt fold up nicely and slide back in the suit jacket.
Here’s the template to make the Dress Shirt. It also shows the other pieces I cut out for this project. The red collar pieces are what I used to make the pocket kerchief. The second smallest Stitched Rectangle is for the sentiment inside the card. You can also see the buttons, trim and collar for the shirt.
Here’s the template to make the Suit Jacket. It also shows the other pieces I cut out for this project. Here’s a You Tube video of a FB Live showing how to make this card. Please subscribe to my YouTube Channel while you’re there.
Everyone on the Creativity Abounds Team made two Masculine projects. You will see one project on their blog today and the other is exclusive to our Masculine Card Tutorial Bundle. Masculine Cards are sometimes hard to design, but you will love getting help from these tutorials. You will not see these exclusive projects anywhere else. The tutorials are done in both inches and metric with step by step directions. There are 3 ways to get this Masculine Card Tutorial Bundle:

I love rainbows. God is the creator of rainbows. In the Bible’s Genesis flood narrative, after creating a flood to wash away humanity’s corruption, God put the rainbow in the sky as the sign of his promise that he would never again destroy the earth with flood (Genesis 9:13–17):
I actually had a rainbow wedding and so did my parents. On May 31, Steve and I are celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. Here’s a picture of me with my bridesmaids. What do you think of our 1986 hair?
The dresses were all lovingly made by my Grandma Olson. Yep, she made nine dresses for my wedding. The lavender bridesmaids are my sisters, Janet and Jennifer. Blue- my cousin Chris who was like a sister as we were growing up. Pink and Yellow- Stephanie and Joan- college room mates and dear friends. Peach and Green- Becky and Kathy- high school and college dear friends. The flower girls and ringbearer are cousins, Shelly, Kristopher and Karen.
My parents are celebrating the 60th anniversary of their rainbow wedding on June 19. I asked for a picture, but of course they only have black and white photos from 1961.
It’s time for another Festive Friday Challenge! It’s fun being a designer for Festive Friday and this week’s challenge #FF0082 is World Laughter Day which is on May 3. The world needs a little laughter right now! 🙂
The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project. Incorporate THREE or more of the items in your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D item and join us. If you want help entering, please email me at Beth@StampingMom.com and I’d be happy to help you! I used yellow, rainbow, and sequins from the Inspo List. My “sequins” are actually Ice Cream Corner Sprinkles so I used a little artistic license on that one. 🙂
