World Kindness Day is a global day that promotes the importance of being kind to each other, to yourself, and to the world. The purpose of this day, celebrated on November 13 of each year, is to help everyone understand that compassion for others is what binds us all together. This understanding has the power to bridge the gap between nations.
My friend, Jamie, showed me how to make a woven paper heart and I thought these would be perfect to make for World Kindness Day. I filled mine with candy and will leave it on a friend’s door knob. Do you use your stamping supplies for more than just making cards? I love to make all kinds of 3-D gift items. The Shimmer Vellum is very pretty in real life. I have the complete list of products used at the bottom of this post. Would you like to see how to make these?
I hope you give this a try and post your pictures on social media with #stampingmom so I can find them. I’d love to see what you make. Do you have some kids or grandkids that would have fun making these? If you have questions, please email me at Beth@StampingMom.com
It’s time for another Festive Friday Challenge! This week’s challenge #FF0096 is World Kindness Day which is on November 13th.
The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project. Incorporate THREE or more of the items in your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D item and join us. If you want help entering, please email me at Beth@StampingMom.com and I’d be happy to help you! From the Inspo List I used flower, heart, thank you sentiment, weaving, pastel colors, and shimmer. Your entry doesn’t have to have anything to do with World Kindness Day.
