I had Therapy Dogs today and then visited my parents. While I was there, Mom showed me the quilt that she has made for me. She still needs to quilt it, but the piecing is done. I absolutely love it! Mom has made a lot of quilts for her grandchildren, but this is the first one that she made for me. I bought the fabric in Hawaii. The quilt is turtles swimming in the ocean. Thanks Mom! I will treasure this forever!
Sorry I don’t have a card today. I’ve had a crazy week, I can’t wait to tell you about it.

A beautiful quilt Beth. Your Mom does beautiful work! I am not great at making tops but I have hand quilted dozens over the years. There is nothing more special than crawling under a handmade quilt that was made with love, especially made by someone who loves you! Thanks for sharing!
