- 6-1/4″ x 6-1/2″ Bubble Bath CS scored at 3-1/4″ to form mini slimline card base
- Inside card-Basic White 3″ x 6″ CS
- Balmy Blue 3″ x 6″ CS run through Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (SCEM) with the Softly Sophisticated embossing folder
- Basic Border dies- clouds
- Balloons are cut from Lighter Than Air Designer Series Paper (DSP)
- Thoughtful Moments Hybrid was used for die cutting the sentiment-colored with Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blend, I used Blender Brush and Sweet Sorbet ink on the embossing folder
