My Pedal Off The Pounds program is going very well. I’ve lost 20lbs already, but still have a long way to go. It takes more time to bike than other forms of exercise, but I love the breeze on my face, the sun on my back and getting to see God’s creation. This last week I’ve seen a deer, raccoon, badger, lots of rabbits and birds. Still haven’t seen a snake yet, which is a very good thing! I’m scared to death of snakes. My biking and/or gardening would come to a complete stop if I encountered a snake. I’ve never even seen a snake on my property and I’ve lived here about 25 years. I’m pretty sure Superman disposes of them and just never tells me. Superman is a very smart man. 🙂
