Welcome to our monthly SU Demos Fun Fold Blog Hop. If you love fun folds, you have come to the right place! The list of hoppers is after the details of my project and I do hope you’ll hop along. I’m sure you’ll be in for a real treat. Here is what I created…
Do you know what RAGBRAI is? RAGBRAI, Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, is more than just a bike ride, it is an epic seven-day rolling festival of bicycles, music, food, camaraderie, and community. It is the oldest, largest, and longest multi-day bicycle touring event in the world. This is the 50th year and the day I’m riding they are expecting 50-100,000 people. Please pray for everyone’s safety. My husband and I do one or two days each year. Seven days would be a lot! Steve’s brothers and their wives ride with us too. My friend, Susan, is my long time biking friend and we do a day of Ragbrai together. I made this card for her. It shows biking in the mountains. We don’t have mountains in Iowa, but some of the hills seem like mountains when it’s really hot outside.
My favorite food stops along the way are Mr Pork Chop- a pink bus serving awesome Iowa Pork Chops and Beekman’s- Homemade Ice Cream from all natural ingredients, no preservatives. Many people enjoy the “church lady” pie as well!
You can purchase from my online store at the bottom of this post and see all the supplies I used to make this card. Fun on Wheels is a great bundle and it makes it easy to make awesome bike cards. Did you notice the rhinestones on the wheels? 🙂

I love your bike-themed card! What a fun tradition! Praying for safe travels and good weather for RAGBRAI. Our church has hosted Spoke Folks groups before, and they are a Christian organization that combines biking with evangelism. It’s a great program.
What a great card for your biking friend. I love all the colors and especially the ones you used to highlight the bike. Safe journeys!
Very pretty! Love how you highlighted the great annual bike ride with your card! 🙂
Beth… such a fun card. Combining the bicycle with that sheet of DSP is genius!
Susan will love the card. I immediately smiled at the “mountains” and thought that was what I would think of with some of the hills around Iowa if I was riding. Have a safe ride! Love your other cards on your post as well.
Love all the textured look to your landscape! Great job and enjoy your ride! 🙂
Wonderful card to commemorate such a great event, Beth! I’m sure that Susan will love it. Have fun and be safe! Thank you for hopping with the team this month! Have a great rest of your week.
