It’s time for my 2019 Occasions Catalog Shares
Here’s what a few people had to say about past shares I’ve done:
“Beth, I just now had time to open my holiday share. You did a wonderful job of separating all the paper and the ribbon and packaging everything. I know you spent a lot of time and effort. Everything is so perfect, I can’t wait to start crafting. Thanks again for the share. Donna”
“Beth, the paper share looks great. Thanks for all the careful labeling and packaging. I love all the papers. Also, the fast delivery. Thanks, Nancy”
Why participate in shares? Shares are an inexpensive way to sample the new Designer Series Papers, Ribbons, and Embellishments at a fraction of what it would cost you to purchase all of them yourself. Customers and Demos alike love having a little bit of everything from the new catalog. When you see that adorable card on Pinterest, you’ll be able to make it because you bought the “I want it all” share!
How Shares Work
- Simply EMAIL ME (Beth@StampingMom.com) to reserve your spot in a share. I will then ask you to send me the money via PayPal, or you may send a check.
- Once I receive the products, I will cut, count, measure and package up your goodies pronto!
- Your papers will be lovingly wrapped and identified to protect them; ribbons will be rolled; and embellishments will be placed into small plastic bags. Your shares will be sent out via the US Postal Service.
- Please note my paper shares are 6″ x 12″ for most designs. A lot of people do 6″ x 6″, so you are getting twice as much paper with my shares.
- You can choose a Paper Share or an I Want It All Share.

One of my favorite things to make is Pop Up Gift Card Holders.
Abby colored the snowman with Stampin’ Blends. I used the new Dot to Dot Embossing Folder on the flap.
The Christmas tree is from the Seasonal Tags Framelits. I used Silver Emboss Powder on the Merry Christmas.
Here’s last year’s version. I’ve added the directions below. Start with cardstock 4-1/4″ x 10″.
The oval punch is optional. What you really need is a slit cut big enough to hold your gift card which is typically 3-1/2″.
Please email me at Beth@StampingMom.com if you have any questions.
You can make the Pop Up Gift Card Holders in any size. Here’s a bigger one I made for Steve’s Dad a couple years ago.
So I mentioned last week that I had a Surprise activity planned for Forced Family Fun during our Christmas break. I got some emails asking, “What exactly is Forced Family Fun?”. Well, typically when kids become teenagers they want to hang out with their friends or sit in their room alone on their electronics. Years ago, Steve and I came up with Forced Family Fun to alleviate this problem. We would intentionally plan activities with required participation. Sometimes we play cards or board games, have a special dinner, go for a hike or mini golfing, etc. Tonight we went to church, dinner and then our Surprise Forced Family Fun was to go to an Escape Room. We had one hour to do puzzles and clues and figure out how to escape from a locked room. It takes a lot of team work and cooperation. We did the Informant Escape Room in West Des Moines. It was a blast! We escaped in 53 minutes!
Blessings,
Beth 🙂

Thanks Beth! I love that holder. I did see dimensions at the top (unless you added them later). Glad you made some great memories with your loved ones — They’re priceless, aren’t they?!
Thanks for adding those card stock measurements…
I love the idea of Forced Family Fun. Going to pass that onto my daughters, as the grandkids are getting older!
Hi Lori,
For the Pop Up Gift Card Holders you need cardstock 4-1/4″ x 10″. Sorry I didn’t put that in the instructions.
Blessings,
Beth 🙂
Hi Beth Cute card holders! What is the width and length of the paper used for the card holder?
I look forward to hearing all the things you do with your family.
