We have a winner of the Envelope Punch Board…

Congratulations Vicky B of TN.  You won the Envelope Punch Board!  Please send me your address so I can mail you the Envelope Punch Board.

Thanks to everyone who entered.  Superman randomly chose the winning number!

I had Therapy Dogs today and then visited my parents.  While I was there, Mom showed me the quilt that she has made for me.  She still needs to quilt it, but the piecing is done.  I absolutely love it!  Mom has made a lot of quilts for her grandchildren, but this is the first one that she made for me.  I bought the fabric in Hawaii.  The quilt is turtles swimming in the ocean.  Thanks Mom!  I will treasure this forever!

Sorry I don’t have a card today.  I’ve had a crazy week, I can’t wait to tell you about it.

Blessings,

Beth 🙂

Do you ever have regrets about not purchasing something when it’s current with Stampin’ Up! and then end up paying eBay prices?  I really like the Petite Purse Bigz die which retired a few years ago.  I hosted a luncheon a couple weeks ago for my Bible Study Fellowship group (BSF) and I wanted to make a little something for them to take home. Well, I am so glad I already own it, because I checked out eBay and they are selling the Petite Purse die for $50-$70.  So this proves what I’ve always told Superman, that Stampin’ Up! is actually an amazing investment!

I made 13 purses and filled them with 5 Hershey Nuggets in each.

Here’s my table all set and ready to go!  Thanks Abby!  Yep she sets my table and makes it pretty every time we have guests at our home.  I have bright colored Fiesta dishes and Abby has fun doing different table settings with them.  Just another reason I’m going to miss Abby when she goes to college in a year.

Keegan is working on earning the “grandchild of the year” award.  He is over in Davenport for a couple days helping Superman’s parents with their technology.  Keegan is very techie and loves figuring this stuff out.  He’s helping them with their cell phones, ipad, computer and Dish TV.  The best part is he is writing instructions so they can do it after he leaves. He also helps my parents often.  Everyone needs a grandchild like Keegan.  Maybe I should “rent” him out.

Blessings,

Beth 🙂

I enjoy making Snickers boxes for teacher gifts for holidays or small gifts to show appreciation to  my friends.  I thought Abby might want some of these boxes to share with her counselor friends at camp this summer. This awesome paper is Playful Palette DSP  by Stampin’ Up!  It reminds me of summer and fun!  It only costs $10 and includes 48 sheets of 6×6 paper.  These Snickers boxes use one sheet for each box, so you could make 48 boxes for $10!  You can purchase the paper here.
