Welcome to the Pals June, 2018 Blog Hop. This month we’re going to Pick a “B”. Projects for Babies, Birthdays or Brides, that is. Be on the look out for creations using new products from Stampin’ Up!
You may be starting the hop here or coming from a previous Pal’s blog. Either way, you’ve come to the right place. You’ll find the the full line-up below to help you move, or “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
My dear friend’s daughter is having her baby today, so I couldn’t resist making some baby cards. We don’t know if she’s having a boy or girl so I had to cover my bases. I’m so excited to hear the news!
Yep, the girl version uses three of the awesome new colors- Lovely Lipstick, Gorgeous Grape and Granny Apple Green. I love these new colors!
There’s some hand cutting involved with these cards, so I decided to use the Layering Ovals Framelits on the inside instead of more hand cutting.

My husband, Steve, said he liked the scalloped trim on the first card the best. I agree, but I didn’t want scalloped trim on my boy card.
I’ve used Baby Onesie cards in years past for Baby Shower Invites, Baby Gift Thank yous, and Baby Congrats Cards. When I saw the new bright beautiful colors I knew it was time to make the 2018 version.
