Mom celebrated her 75th Birthday yesterday! She told me 75 seemed really old. I had thought about making a card with the Number of Years set and putting a big “75” on the front of the card. She said she was much happier with the flowers. Note to self, this set might be more appropriate for birthdays with smaller numbers. 🙂 Anyway Mom doesn’t look or act 75.
I used Mojo Monday and The Paper Players challenges to create her card. For The Paper Players I used the left column, flowers, die cuts and yellow. The Designer Series Paper I used is Botanical Gardens. The colors are Hello Honey and Mint Macaron. I love the new Botanical Builder Framelits Dies to make all kinds of awesome flowers.
We celebrated at Fire Creek Restaurant in WestDesMoines. It was a cold winter night and we had delicious food and great conversation while sitting by the roaring fire. A great way to celebrate Mom’s birthday!
Please leave a comment or question. I love hearing from you!
Blessings,
Beth 🙂

Very pretty….love that big patterned panel and the pretty flower! I am sure you mom loved it too! I hope I don’t act or look 75 when I get there, LOL! Thanks for sharing this with the Players this week!

Beautiful, as always Beth. I’m proud to be the recipient of some of your gorgeous cards. I save every one.
