Friends of Stamping Mom cards

I love receiving homemade cards in the mail! I bet you do too! These are some of the cards and pictures I’ve received. I’ll do another post soon, because I have more to show you.

This awesome card arrived recently from my sweet friend, fellow BSFer (Bible Study Fellowship) leader, and fellow Stampin’ Up demo, Ruth Sollberger. I’ve never actually met Ruth in real life, because she lives in Australia and I live in the USA. It’s on my bucket list to go to Australia and I would be thrilled to meet Ruth. She’s my sister in Christ and a wonderful source of encouragement for me. We correspond by email mostly and I love receiving her emails as well. Anyway, don’t you LOVE this beautiful card she sent me?!

Ruth sent me this cute picture in January, after I had posted the picture below on my blog. She cased mine and came up with wonderfully creative boxes.

Ruth gets inspiration from all over the place. I love that she saw this apron and created this beautiful card. Way to go Ruth!

Spring has Sprung Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Pals March 2018 Blog Hop. Our theme this month is “Spring has Sprung”. The Stampin’ Pretty Pals will inspire you with Spring or Spring-related projects. You may see floral, Easter or other general Spring-inspired designs. You may be just starting or hopped over from another Pal. I was blessed to attend the Stampin’ Sister’s Retreat hosted by Tina Rappe and Peggy Murwin. This is my favorite card I made during the weekend and it is perfect for an Easter card. Do you like the Elegant Eggplant Ribbon? Grab an ink pad, Sponge Dauber and Whisper White 1/4″ Organza Ribbon, and in a jiffy you’ll have the perfect color ribbon to match any of your projects. I’ve also used the Stampin’ Blends and Stampin’ Write Markers to color any of the white or vanilla ribbon.

Here’s some more cards we made with the gorgeous Hold on to Hope stamp set and coordinating Cross of Hope framelits. This is a set I will always keep. It is perfect for Easter, Baptism, Sympathy, Confirmation and more.
