This month, the theme is Fabulous Flowers. We really hope that you will be inspired by all the amazing creations the Pals are sharing with you! As you hop from blog to blog, we would love for you to leave a comment. You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
The first thing I thought of for Fabulous Flowers is the beautiful Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper (DSP). Get yours before it runs out.
Measurements and Directions-You can watch the video showing how to make this card with all the measurements and directions here. The card making begins at around 7 minutes into the video. Please leave a comment and let me know if you like it. 🙂 My husband, Steve, and I do live videos every Tuesday at 7pm Central. This card folds flat for mailing.
These windmills were a little intimidating to make until I got started. Then they were super easy. I live near Pella, Iowa where there is a Tulip Festival every May. This year it’s May 5-7. I bet these cards with windmills and tulips would be a hit at the Pella Tulip Festival.
More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. The Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Then, please mark your calendars for our next blog hop on May 11th. Our theme will be New 2022-2024 In Colors, with the Pals showcasing the brand new In Colors in the new Annual Catalog.
I’ve never made cards using decorative masks or stencils, but my goodness, is it fun!! You’ll be seeing more stenciled cards from me very soon. The flowers in this card were created using the Butterflies & Flowers Layering Decorative Masks on page 65 of the mini catalog. I used Polished Pink, Melon Mambo and Granny Apple green ink. The leaves are from the Artistically Inked stamp set, the dotted stems are from the Art in Bloom stamp set, and the sentiment and sentiment layer are from the Art Gallery Bundle. The Art Gallery Bundle is 20% off during the month of March along with several other bundles and the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. The Art Gallery Bundle is my go to whenever I want a die cut sentiment.
It’s time for another Festive Friday Challenge! It’s fun being a designer for Festive Friday and this week’s challenge #FF0104 is World Planting Day which is March 20th. Its awesome that there’s a World Planting Day! I love my little gardens full of vegetables, fruit and flowers. In fact, it’s almost Spring here in Iowa so it’s time to start planning my gardens. It’s one of the ways I’ve learned to like vegetables I’ve never tried/liked before. The last couple years I’ve learned to like cucumbers, beets and brussel sprouts. Fresh vegetables taste so much better straight out of the garden. I don’t use chemicals on my gardens either, so I guess I’m an Organic Gardener. Do you have gardens? Do you have any tips for what vegetable I should add to my “learn to like” list this year?
The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project. Incorporate THREE or more of the items in your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D item and join us. If you want help entering, please email me at Beth@StampingMom.com and I’d be happy to help you!
I tried this card with two different colors of sentiment layers. Do you like the Melon Mambo shown at the top of this post or this one with Basic Black? From the Inspo List I used flowers, green, encouragment and stencils. You can see all the products I used at the bottom of this post and click on any of the pictures to order. If you have questions, please email me at Beth@StampingMom.com

The Creativity Abounds Design Team is a group of 13 Independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world. We come together every month to create a Tutorial Bundle, hold a blog hop and also host regular online Stamp Camps.
All 13 members of the Creativity Abounds Design Team quickly expressed their interest in helping to bring together this special, additional Tutorial Bundle. As this Blog Post publishes, work is underway around the world to get cards designed and tutorials written and compiled.
This special tutorial bundle will sell for the regular price of $15 and all proceeds will be donated. Until the tutorial bundle is ready, I’ll keep a list of names of those who are interested. Please email me at Beth@StampingMom.com to get on the list.

I am participating in Bruno and Kylie’s World Wide Training Group and am excited to be part of their monthly Blog Hop. The Blog Hop focuses on the Thank You cards that we are sending to our customers.
I made this card as a “warm up” card when I first started working with the Artfully Composed Suite. Our Creativity Abounds Design Team is having an online Stamp Camp using this suite. See more details about this Stamp Camp at the bottom of this post.
When I get a new suite of products, I generally stamp all the images, cut out all the dies and start figuring out fun and creative ways to use the products. I also make some “warm up” cards, so there’s no pressure in how they turn out. If you ever experience “card making paralysis,” maybe you should try making some warm up cards too! Tell yourself you’re making “warm up” cards and it doesn’t matter how they look, you’re just becoming familiar with the products. Sometimes my “warm up” cards are gutter balls and sometimes I end up really liking them. This one I really liked!
This simple card is easy to mass produce, and great for sending as a customer thank you. It shows off the beautiful products from this suite. I also like that you can make a card with this suite for anyone and any occasion including masculine cards, which aren’t always easy to make. I hope you’ll give the Artfully Composed Suite a second look if you passed it by when your first saw the catalog. I can’t wait to show you my fun fold card next week, that I’ll be making live during the Stamp Camp. I think you’ll really want to make it too! All the products I used to make this card are at the bottom of this post.
Here’s another card I made with this suite. Please spend some time hopping from one Blog to another to see all the beautiful projects.
Tuesday April 19th is deadline to sign up for our next Stamp Camp that will be on April 29 and 30th. When you sign up, you’ll receive a card kit to make 12 projects with written and video directions. You’ll also get a weekend of fun and 12 more live videos with 12 different projects for a total of 24 projects all using the Symbols of Fortune Suite. There will be fun folds, boxes, techniques and more. Everything is recorded so if you can’t make it that weekend, you can watch the videos on a different day. Demos and customers alike love our quarterly Creativity Abounds Stamp Camps. Here’s what some of the participants had to say:
Linda D said, “I thoroughly enjoyed my first Creativity Abounds Stamp Camp! I loved the global perspective of demonstrators around the world, the projects in both the make and takes and those demonstrated in the lives. The schedule of having a live video every 2 hours and the tips every demonstrator shared while stamping. Although the Symbols of Fortune Suite was not on my radar, I will be ordering because the event was so awesome and I am sure the projects will be amazing!
Linda L said, “I love that I can catch the live videos, but also can go back even months later and watch any of them, especially the ones I missed. There is no pressure to be at the computer on time or it’s gone. I really enjoy making all the projects and all the tips from demos from all over the world. It’s fun to grab a friend and do the stamp camp together. If you already own the suite collection, you can order a similar amount and still get the card kit and stamp camp free.”
Here’s how to sign up for the Stamp Camp-If you purchase the Symbols of Fortune Suite Collection from me for $82.75 (on pages 22-24 of the Spring Mini Catalog), you’ll get everything for the Stamp Camp for FREE! You’ll need the entire Suite Collection to make all the projects. If you’ve already purchased that collection or would rather have a different bundle, you can spend $82.75 in my online store on anything you want, and still get the Stamp Camp free of charge. You will need to get the ribbon, Polished Dots, Mother of Pearl Specialty Paper and Symbols of Fortune DSP to make the projects.
Click here to order from my online store using my Host Code ZGZAV2MZ so you can get the Stamp Camp free of charge.
