The real first day of Spring isn’t until March 20, but the sun is shining and it’s warmed up so much. I’m imagining it’s here right now, so I made this bright and happy Spring card to celebrate!

As you can see, your project doesn’t have to be about World Frog Day. I used green, polka dots/stripes, circles without a frog in sight.

Here’s another easy fun fold card using the gorgeous Fine Art Floral Suite! Two of the 12″ x 12″ sheets of Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper (DSP) line up perfectly with the Golden Garden Designer Specialty Acetate. This is easy to do and is so pretty in real life. I have a dear friend who has a birthday this week and is the care taker for her husband who is suffering with Dementia. I know she will keep this card on her counter and hopefully it will bring a smile to her face, knowing that I’m praying for God to give her strength and peace.

***Here’s a tip for you so you don’t waste any of the Foil paper. Only the edge of the frame shows, so grab another die and cut out the center and use it on another card. 🙂

What a better way to cheer up someone who’s been struggling with illness, than a bright and sparkly card! I used the Healing Hugs stamp set, the Stitched Nested and Stitched Stars dies.
This is a pretty easy fun fold card. You would have to write around the sentiment or add another piece to write your handwritten note.
I even added silver heat embossed stars to the envelope! Here’s the link to the video that tells how to make this Stitched Nested Double Gate fold.
