It’s time for another Festive Friday Challenge!  I love being a designer for Festive Friday and this week’s challenge #FF0035 is Father’s Day (June 16) and/or Blue.   #festivefridaychallenge  I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D item and join us.

Measurements

• Cut 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ Mossy Meadow Cardstock
  
• Cut 2″ x 3-1/2″ Mossy Meadow Cardstock
  
• Cut 2-1/8″ x 2-1/2″ Mossy Meadow Cardstock
• Cut 1/2″ x 2-1/8″ Mossy Meadow Cardstock
• Cut 4″ x 5-1/4″ Whisper White Cardstock – So you can write inside the card.
• Cut 3-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ Come Sail Away DSP

Instructions

1. Score the 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ Mossy Meadow Cardstock at 4-1/4″ for the card base.
2. Adhere Come Sail Away piece to the left side of the card base.
3. Use the “Straight Stitching” piece from the Stitched Nested Labels Dies and put two rows of stitching on both sides of the Mossy Meadow strip on the card front.
4. Use Linen Thread to make the buttons look “sewed on” and attach buttons with Mini Glue Dots.
5. Run all the remaining Mossy Meadow pieces through the Big Shot with the Subtle Embossing Folder.
6. Fussy cut the 2″ x 3-1/2″ Mossy Meadow Cardstock into the shape of the collar. Use the “Straight Stitching” piece from the Stitched Nested Labels Dies to add stitching to the edges of the collar. Attach collar with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
7. Fussy cut the 2-1/8″ x 2-1/2″ Mossy Meadow Cardstock into the shape of the pocket. Use the “Straight Stitching” piece from the Stitched Nested Labels Dies to add stitching to the edges of the pocket.
8. Attach brads to both ends of the 1/2″ x 2-1/8″ Mossy Meadow Cardstock. Adhere to the top of the pocket.
9. Adhere the Whisper White Cardstock on the inside of the card.
10. Assemble the card as shown in the picture.  Email me with questions at Beth@StampingMom.com
