Bible Study Fellowship started up again last week. September 2017 through May 2018 we are studying the Book of Romans.  The mission of Bible Study Fellowship is global, in-depth Bible classes producing passionate commitment to Christ, His Word and His Church. There’s classes all over the world.  Please click on the link and see if there’s a class near you. I’m a group leader again this year and I like to bring little treats for my group every now and then.  With a few supplies from Stampin’ Up, I… I mean we, put together a few treats.

I had a fun Des Moines area Stampin’ Up! demo meeting tonight.  We made these mini pumpkins with the Bow Builder Punch.

The idea came from Constantly Stamping.

Keegan drove his first solo mission tonight and returned home with both he and the car intact!  Success for day 1!  Please pray for many more successful driving days for my 16 year old son.  There’s a reason auto insurance is highest for these young men.  Speaking of which, it honestly just occurred to me, we need to get him added to our insurance!  On the to do list for tomorrow.

Blessings,

Beth 🙂

Today was a very good day!  Keegan, our youngest, turned 16 today and got his Driver’s License.  He is one happy dude!  Keegan is a sweet, smart, kind young man and we feel very blessed to have him as our son.

Abby found out today she is a National Merit Semi-Finalist!  Most students in the U.S. take a PSAT test in October of their junior year.  The top one percent in each state become a National Merit Semi- Finalist.  Next February they announce the Finalists, many of whom get full ride, or free tuition scholarships to college.  Abby wants to study Biomedical Engineering and then go to medical school to become a Neurologist or grad school to do research to help cure Alzheimer’s and Dementia.  She is thrilled to now have some of her college paid for so she can afford medical/grad school without going hugely in debt.  If you have younger kids or grand kids and want to hear more about the National Merit Scholarship program, please let know.  I’d be happy to tell you about it and hopefully help make the cost of college reduced for your kiddo too.

Blessings,

Beth 🙂
