Elf fell in the M&M’s

The elf fell in the M&M’s!  Here’s a post I actually started in 2013 and never finished.  Mrs. Crawford was Keegan’s favorite teacher in eighth grade and she loved M&M’s. She was his drama teacher and the drama and choir teachers are always Keegan’s favorite teachers!  Keegan loves to sing and act! Anyway all the Stampin’ Up! products in this picture are now retired except the Silver Glimmer paper, but I thought you might get a kick out of the elf legs sticking out of the M&M’s.

Blessings,

Beth 🙂

Please stop back tomorrow and I have a fun current project of gifts Abby made for her friends.

Birthday Fudge Box

My friend and neighbor, Janeen, was having a birthday today and I know she happens to really like Steve’s fudge.  I decided it was time to whip up a Birthday Fudge Box.  Yesterday I did two tone bows on my Christmas Fudge Boxes, see them here.  So today I decided to make the bow with Bohemian Designer Series Paper with an accent of Blackberry Bliss on the center.  I also used the Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder on the 6 x 6 cardstock before I folded it into a box.

Janeen has lots of boys, so I added a small plate of fudge so she could enjoy her big piece of birthday fudge all by herself.  She texted me and told me how much she loved the fudge and the box! Her freshman son, Noah, has a varsity wrestling match coming up, so they hid a couple of pieces of fudge for after he “makes weight.”

What do you like to whip up as a last minute treat?

Blessings,

Beth 🙂

More Christmas Fudge Boxes

It was getting late last night, when Steve told me he wanted to take fudge to some coworkers in the morning.  He already had the fudge made, so I started making boxes.  Good thing these don’t take long.  I used various papers from Merry Moments Designer Series Paper.  When I show you the pictures, you’ll see why I told you how late it was.  I didn’t realize until he had already taken the fudge to work, that all my pictures are blurry.  I’m going to show you anyway because the boxes are cute and I want to show you the two tone bows.  I really liked how these turned out.

I think anything with polka dots is cute, blurry or not!

Which one do you like?

The fudge is 2×2 squares wrapped in Saran Wrap.

After I had the six boxes finished, Steve told me he miscounted and needed one more.  You can tell in the picture the count stayed steady at six.  I’ll make more tomorrow.

How are your Christmas preparations going?

Blessings,

Beth 🙂
