2020 Calendar

It’s time for another Festive Friday Challenge! I love being a designer for Festive Friday and this week’s challenge #FF0050 is Inspire Your Heart With Art (Jan 31). The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project. I used rainbow, calendar, inspiration sentiment, stitching, and die cuts off the Inspo List.

Here’s a free PDF showing the supplies and directions to make this calendar. I purchased the frame at IKEA for 99 cents. I purchased 10 calendars for $3 at Taylored Expressions. What a deal!

The calendar is attached to the outside of the plastic in the frame so you can remove each month’s calendar. For more inspiration, be sure to visit the rest of the Festive Friday Design Team .

Here’s a card I made last fall with the Follow Your art Suite. As you can see I love the silver heat embossed scissors colored in with blends. I also love the rainbow paper.

I love being a designer for the Use Your Stuff Challenge Blog and the challenge this week is Christmas. I have lots of Christmas left to show you and I’m running out of time! I used the Just Add Ink Challenge for inspiration.

Every year Jean and I make Christmas Tags for my dear friend and hair stylist, Lindsay. This year we made around 35. Lindsay attaches them to her delicious chocolate and peppermint candy and gives them to her clients and friends.

The Garden Green and Whisper White tags are cut with the Stitched Nested Dies. The candy canes and bow are cut with the Cup of Cheer Dies. The Holly Embossing Folder is also from Stampin’ Up, but is retired.

I saved the best picture for last! Here is Lindsay’s sweet son holding one of the Candy Cane Treats. He is such a cutie! Merry Christmas everyone!
