Daisy Notecard Set

Bright and happy Daisy cards make me smile!

It’s time for another Festive Friday Challenge! I love being a designer for Festive Friday and this week’s challenge #FF0062 is National Simplicity Day (July 12th). The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project. Incorporate THREE or more of the items in your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D item and join us. I used one layer card, no sentiment, geometric shapes and floral theme off the Inspo List. Pick 3 off the list, make something and enter our Festive Friday Challenge. What are you waiting for?

I couldn’t stop with just one card…I made a set of notecards and a cute box to gift them in. 🙂

4th of July Team Sampler

Sometimes you need a little help from your friends! My Stamping Mom’s Joy Team members each created a 4th of July related 3″ x 3″ square. They used mostly current Stampin’ Up! products and the following Stampin’ Up! colors: Real Red, Night of Navy and Whisper White. We did this as a swap and 9 people participated. This is our second team Sampler we’ve done.

Each team member took the 3″ x 3″ swaps and added layers. In this sampler, 3-1/4″ and 3-1/2″ layers were added. They also added rhinestones or other elements and changed up the squares any way they wanted to make it their own. I love how this turned out! We’ve decided we like doing 3″ x 3″ Sampler Swaps even better than card swaps. We have plans to do three more Samplers this year- Fall, Thanksgiving and Christmas. You should consider joining my team and participating in our quarterly Sampler swaps. We have gals that participate from all over the USA. It doesn’t matter where you are in USA, you can be part of my positive, helpful and fun Stamping Joy Team! 🙂 We’ve been Zooming weekly ever since Covid started and enjoy spending time together!

If you would be interested in purchasing squares from our future Samplers, please let me know. We can sell any of the die cut images, but not the stamped images per Stampin’ Up rules.

Here’s the Summer Sampler we made. We get the 12″ x 12″ Shadow Box frames from Michael’s. They come in both white and black. The 12″ x 12″ white background paper came from the Designer Series Paper packs.

The Peaceful Poppies Suite was my favorite in the Mini Catalog and I’m thrilled it is staying in the new 2020-21 Annual Catalog. I wish you could see this Sampler in real life, it is so pretty!

Remember when you used to be able to go to someone’s house and have fun stamping? Well, I had a couple Poppy Sampler classes right before the pandemic began. Here’s one of them. Everyone loved making this Poppy Sampler! They loved it so much they want to keep making samplers for each season or holiday.

I miss all my friends that used to come every month to craft with me! Hopefully we’ll all be back together soon.
