A friend of mine just moved her mother-in-law to Hospice and she asked that Valentine or other cards be sent to her to make her last Valentine’s Day her best ever! Instead of my usual hot pink or red and black Valentines, I was hoping to make something more elegant that might be appreciated by an 80 something year old.
I used the Global Design Project Case the Designer for my inspiration on this card. #GDP072
The heart is cut from the Falling in Love DSP. This paper is gorgeous! The other colors are Sahara Sand, Blusing Bride and Very Vanilla. I used clear embossing powder on the sentiment so it pops a little in real life.

Beautiful card!
Thanks Cindy. I wish I took the time to make and send something every time I feel the nudge.

Thanks Ruth. Now I need to come up with what to write inside the card.
Simple, yet elegant Beth. I am sure both mother and daughter will appreciate your creativity and love.
Beth, this card has the WOW factor. Very suitable for the occasion. The lady will be blessed.
Thanks Vicky! I wasn’t sure as I was making it if it was good or not, so I really appreciate your positive feedback!
