Do you remember I mentioned I am a guest designer for Craft Project Central in September? Well, they publish ten projects each month and they will all be featured here on my blog during September.
With this tutorial, create an adorable set of cards featuring Stampin’ Up!’s Bella & Friends Stamp Set. The tutorial includes a sweet “pizza box” to hold the cards, and there’s plenty of room for two of each card in the box! The images in this stamp set make for such a precious set of cards—one of which is a sweet easel design—and anyone who receives them will feel how much you care from the moment the card is pulled from the envelope. The box itself can be re-purposed for a gift or for daily use to hold note paper.
This lovely project was designed by Regina! If you have a chance, please head on over to Craft Project Central and leave Regina a comment on her project.

I hope you’ve missed me, I know I’ve missed you! Superman and I were gone for four days on a Mission Trip to Tijuana Mexico. Ten men and ten women from our church built a home in two days. It was quite the experience. I was apprehensive before we went about safety and other concerns, but I’m so glad we went and I feel like we made a real difference in this family’s life. I also bonded with the Mom, Carla, even though she only speaks Spanish and I only speak English. She was an awesome Mom to her two boys ages 2 and 8 and also a hard worker. We spent hours painting together.

Homes of Hope is part of YWAM Youth with a Mission. This is the organization we partnered with to build this home. Do you see the cute little dog house to the right of the front door? The cute “twenty something” couple on our trip decided to use some scrap lumber and build the family’s two puppies a dog house. This was an experience I will always treasure!
Sean is home for a week from Seattle. It’s always a party around here when Sean is home! Keegan has a call back today for his high school’s production of Oklahoma. I can’t wait to see what part he gets. Abby has decided Organic Chemistry is her favorite subject at school this fall and she had her first swim meet of the year last night. Ryan is back at college working hard, but he will be coming home every Wednesday night for dinner. Yeah! He’ll be home for dinner, but his purpose is that Steve and Ryan are leading a high school church small group together on Wednesday nights. I hope Ryan doesn’t have a lot of tests this year on Thursday.
I’m busy putting Holiday shares together and I would love to send one to you. It truly is the best way to have access to almost everything in the Holiday catalog without spending very much. For $54 you get the DSP, ribbon, embellishments, my freebies and this includes shipping. If you live nearby you can get everything for $47 and pick it up at my house. My email is Beth@StampingMom.com. I have around $1000 I still need to sell by Sept. 30 to reach my promotion.
Hope all is well with you!
Blessings,
Beth 🙂
Thanks Betty for your comments and encouragement!

Looking forward to our stamping get together Pat! Hope all is well with you. See you soon!
I agree Nancy! I can’t wait to go and build another home for someone.
Thank you for the kind words Kathy! Typically you go on a mission trip to be a blessing to someone and it always turns out to be a huge blessing to the person serving. That was truly the case for us in Mexico! I learned so many things, made new friends, and it gave me so much joy to help Carla and her family.
May your kindness return to you a hundredfold!
Congratulations on your mission trip. There is no better way to share God’s love in action than hands on projects.
Had forgotten you were going on the mission trip. You are one busy lady! See you soon.
