Flourishing Phrases Cards & Memories Gift Set

Today’s Craft Project Central project is designed by a new guest designer, Olga Cavanaugh.
The Cards and Memories Gift set is a great gift idea to bring for the Hostess of your next New Year’s Eve Party event, what a nice way to start the New Year than with a fresh new set of cards and a photo album to showcase your favorite moments. This is a very easy to reproduce project and great for your next Class or Workshop, you can also make one for a Birthday Gift or any other occasion. The Flourishing Phrases Cards and Memories Gift Set tutorial includes four cards of different occasions and one accordion style photo album all this packed in a beautiful keepsake box. In this tutorial you will learn how to build an easy keepsake box with a magnetic closure, how to make your own tassels and embellishments, how to quickly create a cute photo album and a set of cards.

Seasonal Bells and Holly Berry Happiness

Stampin' Up Seasonal Bells and Holly Berry Happiness stamp sets make a beautiful Christmas card made by Ruth Sollberger.

Well I’m very sorry to those of you who got a notification of a Star of Light Post.  It will be posted on 12/14 as part of the Pals Blog Hop.  My basement flooded last night and it shook me up so much, I didn’t know what day it was and scheduled my post a day early.

I have something even better for you!  Don’t you love this beautiful Christmas card sent to me by my friend Ruth Sollberger, who lives in Australia.  I got a surprise package in the mail and what an awesome surprise it was!Stampin' Up Seasonal Bells and Holly Berry Happiness stamp sets make a beautiful Christmas card made by Ruth Sollberger.

The Double Pocket Treat Holder with the tea is what Ruth made for her BSF gals for Sharing Day.  The Australia magnet is to remind Superman and I to plan a trip soon to Australia and visit our friends, the Sollberger’s.  I love the New Testament Psalms & Proverbs also.  What a thoughtful gift and fun surprise!  Thanks so much Ruth!

steve-and-pups

Even Superman needs a rest every now and then!  Here’s Steve and our pups in the new Sunroom.  I think we should rename it the sleeping room.  It’s a great place to take a nap.  Molly is our pup in purple under Steve’s hand.  She’s my dog that follows me everywhere I go in the house.  Maya is our pup in red who is the family dog.  She loves everyone, but likes to do her own thing and doesn’t feel the need to follow anyone.

Hope you have a great weekend!

Blessings,

Beth 🙂
