Steve and Beth McCullough- StampingMom.com, Butchart Gardens Victoria,CA

My sweet husband, Steve, celebrated his 55th birthday last week.  We were blessed to be able to fly to Seattle to visit our oldest son, Sean.

Victoria Clipper Ferry

The three of us took the Victoria Clipper ferry and spent the weekend in Victoria, Canada.  Sean had never been to Canada before.  I’ve been to Canada many times since my grandparents had a fishing cabin on Jan Lake, near Flin Flon, Manitoba.  They sold it before Sean was born.

Butchart Garden

Butchart Gardens was absolutely beautiful! We had a great time taking pictures.  All these pictures were taken by Sean. 🙂

Here’s one of the plots where they grow plants from seeds.

Butchart Gardens

This is my very favorite picture.  I wish you could see it in real life!

After we were done touring the gardens, we got to experience High Tea.  There were three courses.  We each had our own tower of plates.  The warm course was on the bottom plate, sandwiches in the middle and the dessert on top.  I haven’t been eating sugar since July, but I made an exception to get to try these wonderful desserts.

We had a great time spending the weekend with Sean!  We are super proud of him!  🙂

Blessings,

Beth 🙂
