Stampin Up Father’s Day Briefcase

Families First

Welcome to the Pals April  2018 Blog Hop. Join us while we put “Families First” in our hop this month. The Stampin’ Pretty Pals will inspire you with family related projects like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Graduation or Family Vacations. You may be just starting or hopped over from another Pal. In either case you’ll find the line-up toward the end of my post to help you move along.

What does your father or husband want for Father’s Day?  My husband, Steve, told me Chicago Cubs tickets and Dark Chocolate would be the perfect Father’s Day gift for him. Go Cubs Go!

Linda Parker, UK Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, has a You Tube video called, “Luggage Style Gift Box for Miniature Shots,” that shows how to make this box.  The products I used are at the bottom of this post.

This is great! I love houndstooth and it looks perfect for this little suitcase. Love the presents to go inside. You could make one in the Cubbie colors and put little pennants on there like travel stickers. Or, black and gold with the Tiger Hawk emblem. Maybe I can use that idea with my husband for his birthday this fall! Great project Beth!

I love that Houndstooth pattern for your briefcase! I love how you added the tag with the circular reinforcement for the linen thread. What a fabulous job! 🙂
