Ice Cream Glimmer Thank You

Today is also the beginning of Kylie’s International Highlights monthly contest for 2021! I used one of my very favorite products from the new Mini catalog, the Sweet Ice Cream Bundle, along with one of the my favorite products from the Annual catalog, the Rainbow Glimmer Paper. These two products were meant to go together. Bright, happy, glimmery colors and ice cream, what could be better?
To make the beautiful frame, I used the largest and third largest Stitched Rectangle dies and ran them together through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (SCEM). The frame is popped up using Foam Adhesive Strips. (Save the center part for another awesome card.) I used Basic Black and So Saffron Cardstock (CS). The ice cream dips and cones were punched from Rainbow Glimmer Paper using the Ice Cream Cone Builder Punch. The dips are popped up on Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment with Melon Mambo ink and cut it out using the banner from the Tasteful Labels dies.
